中国自从推进电力体制改革以来,电力市场结构发生了较大变化。中国电力体制的变革进程,不同的人有不同的看法。如何解释中国电力体制的变革,对推进中国电力体制的改革具有重要意义。文章通过对导致电力市场结构变迁的供求因素的分析,探讨中国电力市场结构变迁的规律,揭示进一步推进电力体制的改革的方向。

Since China conducted reform in electricity system,electricity market structure has undergone great changes.Different people have different opinions about the process of the reform.But how to understand the reform is of great significance in furthering the reform of electricity system in China.By analyzing factors of supply and demand which result in the change of electricity market structure,this paper explores the law of change of electricity market structure and points out the direction of the reform in electricity system.
