粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗口腔黏膜炎效果评价

Efficacy of rhG-CSF in treatment of chemotherapy-induced mucositis

目的观察重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)局部应用对化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法 124例试体肿瘤患者随机分为两组,试验组64例,使用rhG-CSF漱口液含漱(rhG-CSF 100μg冻干粉末用1 ml蒸馏水溶解后加入200 ml生理盐水中),6次/d;对照组24例,常规处理。根据WHO抗癌药物毒性反应分度标准进行临床评价。结果局部应用rhG-CSF试验组口腔黏膜炎治疗的有效率为84.4%(54/64),明显高于对照组(45.30%,29/64;P<0.01)。实验组口腔黏膜炎愈合的平均时间明显短于对照组(2.2±0.8d v.s 4.3±1.0d,P<0.01)。结论 rhG-CSF局部应用对化疗引起的口腔黏膜炎有很好的治疗作用,值得临床进一步推荐。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rhG-CSF in treatment of chemotherapy-induced stamotitis.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with solid tumor were randomized into two groups.The experimental group was treated with rhG-CSF,6 times a day.The control group was treated with routine drugs.The evaluation of stamotitis was performed according to WHO toxicity grade.Results The results showed that the response rate of stamotitis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（84.4% versus 45.30%,P〈0.01）.The healing time of stamotitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（2.2±0.8 versus 4.3±1.0d,P〈0.01）.Conclusion rhG-CSF is a very effective drug for chemotherapy-induced stamotitis,which is worthy of further recommendation in clinical practice.
