肉苁蓉全生育期物质成分动态变化研究

Research on Dynamic Changes of Material Composition and Effective Ingredients During the Whole Growth Period of Cistanche deserticola

目的明确肉苁蓉全生育期物质成分动态变化规律,试图明确肉苁蓉碳水化合物和有效成分的变化规律并为确定肉苁蓉高产、高效、优质的采收时期提供理论依据。方法采用分光光度法、范氏洗涤法和HPLC,研究了肉苁蓉全生育期体内碳水化合物和有效成分的动态变化情况。结果肉苁蓉全生育期体内碳水化合物和有效成分含量不断变化,表现为非结构性碳水化合物迅速消耗,结构性碳水化合物不断累积,有效成分含量逐渐降低,但是在蒴果形成期及之前肉苁蓉有效成分均能达到《中国药典》的标准。结论蒴果形成期及之前的肉苁蓉均可作为药用。

OBJECTIVE To determine the dynamic changes of material composition and the effective ingredients during the whole growth period of Cistanche deserticola. METHODS Spectrophotometry, Van Soest and HPLC methods were used. RESULTS During the whole growth period of Cistanche deserticola, the contents of carbohydrate and active ingredients were changing constantly. Non- structural carbohydrates consumed rapidly, while the structural carbohydrates accumulated gradually. The contents of effective ingredients decreased, but met the Chinese pharmacopoeia standards before the capsule formative period. CONCLUSION Cistanche deserticola can be used as medicine before the capsule formative period.
