管花肉苁蓉寄生实验体系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的明确管花肉苁蓉寄生过程和环境条件,建立寄生实验体系。方法用塑料盒.沙土.玻璃板装置,培养柽柳和管花肉苁蓉,统计发芽率和接种率。结果黑暗、相对湿度100%,温度为20-30℃条件下,管花肉苁蓉接种率为63%;种子萌发后,接种上管花肉苁蓉的时间为7~12d。结论黑暗、相对湿度100%、温度为20~30℃是管花肉苁蓉寄生的适宜环境条件。 OBJECTIVE To clarify the process and environmental condition of Cistanche tubulosa parasism thus to estabalish a experimental system. METHODS The seeds and its host, Tamarix chinensis lour, were cultured in a new set-up made of plastic box. The germination percentage of seed and parasitism percentage of Cistanche tubulosa were examined. RESULTS Under dark condition with relative humidity of 100% and temperature between 20 -30 ℃, the Cistanche tubulosa parasite percentage was 63% and its parasitism duration was 7 - 12 d. CONCLUSION Cistanche tubulosa parasitism needs dark, relative humidity at 100% and temperature between 20 - 30 ℃.
