口服缓控释制剂微环境pH调控技术研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 目的介绍近年来微环境pH(pHM)调节剂和调控技术在口服缓控释制剂中的最新研究和应用进展。方法对已有文献进行综合分析与归纳。结果与结论 pHM调节剂在口服缓控释制剂中被用作增溶剂和控释调节剂,已出现有机酸类、高聚酸类和碱化剂3种类型,其理化性质如pKa和溶解度是处方设计的关键,可决定缓冲容量和滞留时间,进而调控药物释放模式,目前已在口服缓控释制剂非pH依赖性释药、双相释药和延迟释药等方面得到广泛应用。
