Wnt/-βcatenin信号通路在治疗骨质疏松中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 目的对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路促进骨形成和调节骨吸收的研究成果以及Wnt信号拮抗物对骨量的影响作用进行综述,并探讨Wnt信号分子作为靶点治疗骨质疏松的应用前景。方法通过对近年来国外相关文献进行归纳并进行分析和评述。结果 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在维持骨稳态中具有重要调节作用,Wnt信号水平的高低决定其对骨形成促进或抑制。结论经典的Wnt信号小分子抑制剂和中和抗体在用于治疗骨质疏松药物的研制和开发中具有广泛应用前景。
