一种适合车牌图像复原的改进NAS-RIF算法

摘要 针对监控中得到的车牌图像易因为运动产生模糊的特点,在NAS-RIF算法的基础上进行改进。首先采用自适应中值滤波对退化的车牌图像进行预处理,在抑制噪声的同时保持了车牌图像的细节特征;其次利用NAS-RIF进行盲复原算法复原图像时,在每次复原迭代过程中加入低通滤波环节。实验结果表明,改进算法能有效地恢复出监控录像中的车牌图像。 Two methods are introduced to resolve the questions such as fuzzy by moving at a high-speed line. Firstly, adaptive median filter is adopted in the de-noising pretreatment which is carried out for image signal. It can not only reduce the noise, but also preserve the detail information. Secondly, when image is restored by the NAS-RIF algorithm, in each iteration of restoration, it adds the low-pass filter link. The experimental results show that the improved particle filter can effectively reconstruct the license plate images.
