摘要
以集成控制系统PCS7为平台,对多功能过程与控制实验系统(MPCE)中的三级液位非线性过程进行多模型预测控制。首先进行了PCS7集成控制系统的硬件设计、软件开发,通过信号隔离器实现了PCS7与MPCE的信号匹配及对MPCE的外控。其次,描述了PCS7中的预测控制块,在PCS7系统中设计和实现了一种多模型预测控制策略,并进行了三级液位过程的设定值跟踪和抗干扰实验。运行结果表明PCS7多模型预测控制系统能够可靠稳定地运行,且具有优于PID控制和单模型预测控制的效果。
Based on the integrated process control system PCS7, conduct multi-model predictive control on 3 stages liquid level nonlinear process of MPCE. Firstly, hardware design and software development of PCS7 integrated system are carried out, and signal match between PCS7 with MPCE and the external control on MPCE are achieved through 4~20 mA signal isolator. Secondly, the predictive control block in PCS7 is discussed, and a multi-model predictive control strategy is developed and implemented, then tracing and anti-disturbance experiment on set point of the nonlinear liquid level process is conducted. The result shows that MMPC is effective and reliable, and better than PID and single-model MPC.
