摘要 节流装置流量测量是目前工业生产中用来测量气体、液体和蒸汽流量常用的一种流量测量方式,选择合适的公称直径和径比才能保持流量测量的精度和节能效果,否则,流量测量的精度将受到影响,也不利于节能。通过对节流装置流量测量进行分析,分析影响节流装置流量测量精度的因素,分析表明采用不同径比和雷诺数范围时,其测量精度不同。通过提出采用一些选用原则,从而提高流量测量的测量精度,达到节能效果。 Throttle flow measurement is often used to measure gas, liquid and steam flow rate during industrial production, select the appropriate nominal diameter and the diameter ratio in order to maintain the accuracy of flow measurement and energy-saving effect, otherwise, the flow measurement accuracy will be affected, it is not beneficial for energy conservation. Through analyzing of throttle flow measurement, the factors which will affect the accuracy of flow measurement is also analyzed, analysis result show that different diameter ratio and Reynolds number will lead to different aecurancy. By recommending some selection principle, to improve the accuracy of flow measurement and save energy.
