摘要
原油作为成品油的生产原料其总硫含量需要严格监控。为了监测直供常减压的原油长输线中总硫的含量,需设一套在线总硫分析仪。简要介绍了库仑滴定法、醋酸铅法、化学发光法、紫外荧光法等4种硫含量的检测原理,重点介绍了X射线荧光光谱分析法。针对在线检测要求及原油中含蜡和固体杂质,试样一般温度高,压力大,较黏稠,雾化比较困难等介质特性,通过有针对性的分析、比较,选出了适于在线原油总硫分析的分析原理。通过比较反射式和透射式两款仪表,最终选择投射式仪表用于在线原油总硫分析。
Crude oil is the raw material for oil production, total sulfur content in crude oil must be strictly controlled. In order to detect the total sulfur content in the crude oil pipe which directly provides the oil to atmospheric & vacuum distillation unit, an on-line sulfur analyzer is required, 4 types of sulfur detection theories including the Kulun titration theory, lead acetate theory, chemical radiation theory and UV fluorescence theory is introduced. Among which the X-ray UV fluorescence theory is focused. According to on-line analysis requirement and the facts that crude oil contain wax and solid impurity, the sample is normally with features of high temperature, high pressure and high viscosity, difficult to atomization etc. , the right analysis theory, which is suitable for on-line sulfur analysis, is selected through analysis and comparison, the reflection and perspective type of analyzer are compared, the perspective one is finally selected.
