摘要 城市生活垃圾无害化处理用于水泥生产利国、利民、利后代,安徽海螺水泥股份公司成为世界上第一家成功实践者。文章全面介绍了2×300t/d城市生活垃圾处理线(包括垃圾焚烧系统、不燃物处理系统、通风系统、污水处理系统、氯旁路系统等)的系统工艺流程;逐一分析了垃圾焚烧处理线投运后对窑系统的影响,包括对进入分解炉的气体量、气体温度、气体成分和有害物质等对熟料产质量的影响。目前,第一条300t/d垃圾处理线的处理量已达到350t/d,对窑产量的影响也明显小于预期。 Municipal waste innocuous disposal in cement production will benefit the nation, the people and the offspring, and Anhui Conch Cement Co.,Ltd. realized that first in the world. The process of two 300t/d urban garbage disposal lines was introduced roundly including the garbage burning system, noncombustibility treatment system, ventilation system, sewage treatment system and chlorin bypass system. And the impact of garbage disposal line on cement kiln sytem was analysed indetail as well as the impact of air volume, air temperature, gas component and deleterious material on clinker quality. At present, the capacity of the first 300t/d garbage disposal line has reached 350t/d and the impact on cement kiln yield is under the anticipation obviouly.
