摘要
运转中的回转窑筒体径向变形存在着明显的周期性,它直接影响和缩短窑内衬的使用寿命。定期测量窑筒体变形能够及时发现设备故障,并定性指导窑的校准工作。阐述了窑筒体变形与衬砖寿命的直接关系;介绍了筒体变形的评估方法和测量仪器;研究了筒体变形诊断的可行性及其测量曲线的形状。
The shell deformation of running rotary kiln has a clearly periodic nature, which impacts directly on the inner lining's lifespan. If the shell deformation is measured regularly, the equipment faults will be detected in time by which guide the kiln calibration. And the direct relation between shell deformation and lining's lifespan was illuminated, and the evaluating method and measure instru- ment of shell deformation were introduced. Finally, the diagnosis feasibility and the measuring curve of the shell deformation were studied on.
