摘要
水泥工业纯低温余热发电不同于传统的火力发电,是在确保生产线正常运行的前提下,实现余热发电效率。如何从水泥工艺线中合理提取余热并确保余热发电参数,提高发电量,成为广大工程技术人员必须关注和需要研究的问题。文章从窑头篦冷机配风,烧成窑头操作,篦冷机循环鼓风和主要工艺阀门等方面入手,探讨了从水泥工艺上提高发电量的可能性。
Waste heat power generation of cement industry differs from conventional fossil power generation, for the fomer, it is obligatory to improve waste heat power generation efficiency in the premise that the normal cement production is guaranteed. And for most engineers it must to be pay attention to how to utilize the most waste heat from cement production line to satisfy the waste heat power genera- tion parameter and to increase the generated power. The feasibility to increase power generation by cement technology was discussed from the aspects of grate cooler air, operation at kiln head and main technical valves.
