超超临界汽轮机轴封控制系统典型设计应用

摘要 结合超超临界660 MW西门子汽轮机调试实例,介绍轴封系统控制策略、边界条件限制、设备联锁等控制方面典型设计,并阐述和分析用同一控制器管理供汽调门和溢流调门的特色控制方案,给出不同工况下该方案对轴封压力和温度控制的良好应用效果。 According to the concrete example from the field tuning of 660MW ultra supercritical Siemens steam turbine,the typical designs of gland seal control system were introduced,mainly including control tactics,boundary condition limits and equipment interlocks,etc.And the special feature control ways were put forward and analyzed,the supply valve and leakage valve managed by one controller.The perfect effects on pressure and temperature control during the different load were given.
