摘要 国电滦河发电厂N100-90/535型汽轮机组存在热耗高、经济性差、安全稳定性低等问题。经过低压缸通流改造,能耗指标达到国内100 MW机组先进水平,汽轮机效率有了显著的提高,发电煤耗降低18 g/kW.h,发电机额定出力由100 MW增加到110 MW,安全性能和热效率明显提高,延长了机组寿命,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The N00-90/535 steam turbine unit in State Power Luanhe Power Plant has such problems as low efficiency and economy,poor security and stability.After retrofit of the flow passage through LP cylinder,energy consumption index has reached advanced level among all the domestic 100MW units with efficiency improved significantly.Coal consumption for power generation is reduced 18g/kWh,and generator's rated output rises from 100MW to 110MW.As a result,it proved to bring economic and social benefits with better security,higher thermal efficiency and longer unit life.
