摘要
根据超临界直流炉的结构特点,有针对性地分析了汽水分离器水位控制及给水控制的相应特性。分析起动时分离器贮水箱水位控制,其与汽包水位控制有相似之处,但过程更为复杂。并分析机组干态时,如何结合过热器蒸汽温度对给水控制进行优化控制。实际运行后取得良好效果。
Regarding the structure characteristics of supercritical once-through boiler,the strategy of water-level control in water storage tank of the separator and feedwater control was analyzed.The water-level control is similar to that in boiler drum,but the process is more complicated,approach to the technical features of thermal power control for ultra-supercritical units has been carried out.Considering superheated steam temperature,the corresponding approaches of feedwater control are carried out when unit is working in dry state.Engineering application has achieved good result.
