摘要
文章通过对压力容器用16MnR钢高温损伤后的试样进行常规力学性能测定和断裂韧性实验,研究了受热温度和保温时间对16MnR钢力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同的受热温度和保温时间对材料力学性能的影响很明显,并从金属学角度分析了实验结果。
In this paper,the tensile mechanical properties and fracture toughness of 16MnR steel for pressure vessel were experimented after high temperature damage.The mechanical properties of 16MnR steel influenced by different heating temperature and holding time were studied.The results show that the influence of the heating temperature and holding time is obvious.The experiment results were also analyzed by metallography.
