安徽省环保产业综合评价研究

Study of comprehensive assessment on environmental protection industry in Anhui Province

文章结合模糊综合评价法和层次分析法对安徽省环保产业发展状况进行综合评价,为安徽省环保产业政策制定提供科学依据;基于对安徽省环保产业调查数据的分析,对其进行合理分类、统计,筛选出评价指标,按照指标的重要性构造判断矩阵并计算指标权重;运用模糊数学模型,采用定性和定量相结合的方法综合评价安徽省环保产业发展状况,综合评价结果与实际情况吻合。

A comprehensive assessment on the developing status of environmental protection industry（EPI） in Anhui Province is made by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） so as to provide scientific foundations for the decision-making of EPI in Anhui Province.The research data of EPI in Anhui Province is reasonably classified and calculated to find out the assessment indices,and according to the importance of these indices,the judgment matrix is constructed and the index weight is calculated.Fuzzy mathematic models and the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are applied to implementing the comprehensive assessment on the developing status of EPI in Anhui Province.The results of the comprehensive assessment match with the actual situations.
