中美高校图书馆数字化学科服务比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Digital Subject Service of University Libraries in China and in the US

引入图书馆数字化学科服务的概念,对中美各20所高校图书馆的数字化学科服务状况进行调查与统计,比较分析它们在学科导航(网页)、学科博客、学科馆员服务方式、学科资源整合等方面的差异,提出我国高校图书馆应从国外引进或自主开发内容管理工具、深入挖掘学科信息资源、借助Web 2.0技术的应用及网站的建设和改进来提高数字化学科服务水平。

Introducing the concept of digital subject service and comparing the digital subject service in university libraries of China with those in the US, the paper points out the differences in the fields of subject pages （ navigation）, subject blog, service modes of subject librarians and integration of subject resources, and puts up the solutions of content management tool for organizing and presenting library collections, subject information mining, as well as through Web 2.0 technology and library websites to improve subject service quality.
