摘要
临界转速计算是雾化器结构设计与操作维护中最关键的一个环节,对雾化器转子的安全运行和全寿命管理具有非常重要的意义。首先探讨雾化器转子临界转速计算的基本理论,分析有关影响因素,然后利用有限元软件计算转子的前四阶临界转速。计算结果为雾化器转子的优化设计和安全稳定运行提供理论依据,并有针对性地提出防止雾化器共振的有效措施,在实际工程中具有很高的实用价值。
The calculation for critical speed of atomizer rotor is the most crucial process for the structural design and operation maintenance of centrifugal atomizer and plays a very important meaning in safe operation and full-life management of atomizer rotor.At first it probes into the basic theory of centrifugal atomizer rotor critical speed's calculation,analyzes the relative influential elements.The top 4 critical speed of atomizer rotor has been calculated with the finite element analysis software,which result provides the theory basis for the optimal design and the safe performance of the atomizer rotor.Moreover,some effective measures that avoid the common vibration are putted forward.It is greatly practical in actual engineering.
