摘要
目的探讨护士长情绪智力及冲突处理形态对其管理冲突的影响。方法使用"Rahim冲突处理形态量表-Ⅱ""自评式情绪智力量表""组织冲突量表",对上海市二、三级医院的466名护士长进行调查。结果护士长管理冲突与其情绪的调节能力、整合方式呈负相关。结论护士长情绪的调节能力越强、越倾向于采取整合的冲突处理方式,其经历的管理冲突水平越低。
Objective To explore the effects of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution styles on management conflict among head nurses.Methods A total of 466 head nurses in Shanghai were investigated with Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II,Emotional Intelligence Scale and Organizational Conflict Inventory.Results Head nurses' management conflict was negatively correlated with the ability of emotional regulation and integrating approach.Conclusion The head nurses with higher ability of regulate emotion inclined to adopt an integrating approach to handle conflict,and experienced management conflict at lower level.
