护理实习生专业承诺与择业效能感的相关性

Correlation between professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy in student nurses

目的了解护理专业实习生专业承诺和择业效能感的状况,并分析两者之间的相关性,为临床护理教学和管理提供依据。方法采用大学生专业承诺量表和职业决策自我效能量表,对在天津市某医院实习的146名护理专业学生进行调查。结果护理专业实习生的专业承诺平均每题得分(3.53±0.68)分;择业效能感平均每题得分(3.36±0.86)分。专业承诺和择业效能感呈正相关性(P<0.01),且专业承诺和择业效能感中部分因子间具有相互预测作用。结论护理专业实习生的专业承诺和择业效能感的整体水平不高,临床护理教学医院应高度重视,并采取措施提高护理实习生的专业承诺和择业效能感水平,以帮助实习生正确、成功就业。

Objective To determine the status and the correlation of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy in student nurses,thus providing reference for clinical nursing teaching and management.Methods A survey was conducted among 146 student nurses with Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale and Professional Commitment Scale for Undergraduate.Results The average score of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy were 3.53±0.68 and 3.36±0.86,respectively.The score of professional commitment was positively correlated with the score of career decision-making self-efficacy（P0.01）.There were interactions between factors of professional commitment and factors of career decision-making self-efficacy.Conclusions The level of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy in student nurses is not high.Nursing administrators in the teaching hospitals should pay more attention to it,and take actions to improve the students＇ level of professional commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy,thus help them to be employed successfully.
