新疆福海水库浮游植物生态初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 于2008年7月(平水期)、10月(枯水期)和2009年5月(丰水期)在福海水库上游、中段和坝前共设9个采样点,对水库内浮游植物群落进行了调查研究。结果:共采集浮游植物8门88种,优势种为小席藻(Phormidiumtenue tenus)、拟菱形弓形藻(Schroederia nitzschioides)、针形纤维藻(Ankistrodesmus acicularis)、广源小环藻(Cyllotella bodanica)、小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和灿烂颤藻(Oscillatoria splendida)。调查期总体密度均值为2.67×106 ind./L,平水期、枯水期和丰水期密度值分别为(2.68±1.02)×105 ind./L、(6.65±1.71)×105 ind./L和(7.07±1.71)×106 ind./L。结果表明:浮游植物群落特征表现为明显的绿藻型,水库水体为中营养化水体,污染较轻。 9 sampling sites were set at the up-area,mid-area and low-area of Fuhai reservoir to investigate the phytoplankton ecological characters in July,2008(normal water period),October,2008(low water-level period) and May,2009(high-flow period).8 phylum and 88 species of phytoplankton were collected.The dominant species were Phormidiumtenue tenus,Schroederia nitzschioides,Ankistrodesmus acicularis,Cyllotella bodanica,Chlorella vulgaris and Oscillatoria splendida.Overall average density in the investigation period was 2.67×106 ind./L,and the density of in three periods was(2.68±1.02)× 105 ind./L,(6.65±1.71)× 105 ind./L and(7.07±1.71)×106 ind./L,respectively.The phytoplankton characteristics of the reservoir showed green-algae type,obviously,and the water was slighthy polluted.
