摘要 试验以金枣柿(Diospyros kaki Thunb.cv.Jingzao)一年生枝条为接穗,以浙江柿(D.glaucifolia Metc.)、野柿(D.kakivar Thunb.var.sylvestris Makino)、君迁子(D.lotus Linn.)一年生实生苗为砧木,进行了嫁接亲和性试验。结果表明,浙江柿、野柿与金枣柿有较强的亲和性,适宜做金枣柿的砧木;君迁子做砧木不仅成活率低,且生长差,不适宜做金枣柿砧木。试验还以金枣柿不同种源的一年生枝条为接穗,以十年生丽水本地普通涩柿(D.kaki Thunb.)为砧木进行了高接试验,结果表明,不同种源金枣柿接穗与普通涩柿均有较好的亲和性,可用于普通涩柿的高接换种改造。 Diospyros kaki Thunb.cv.Jingzao was a local product of Lishui and was not planted in large scale for its difficult seedling breeding.Grafting compatibility was studied using one-year branch of D.kaki cv.Jingzao as scion and one-year seedlings of D.glaucifolia Metc.,D.kakivar Thunb.var.sylvestris Makino,D.lotus Linn.as rootstock.The results showed that the grafting compatibility of D.glaucifolia and D.kakivar var.sylvestris with D.kaki cv.Jingzao was strong and suited for using as the rootstock.D.lotus was not the suitable rootstock of D.kaki cv.Jingzao for its low survival rate and bad growth potential.The top grafting was conducted by taking different provenance of D.kaki cv.Jingzao as scion and ten years old local D.kaki Thunb.as rootstock,the result showed that they had good grafting compatibility.
