摘要
选用吉农大红翠菊(Callistephus chinensis Nees cv.Jinongdahong)为试材,研究了在不同处理水平化学融雪剂胁迫下相关生理指标的变化。结果显示,随着化学融雪剂胁迫处理水平的增大,翠菊体内丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖的含量均在增大,且含量均高于正常情况;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先降低后增高然后缓慢下降的变化趋势,在化学融雪剂0.10%处理水平时活性最低,各处理SOD活性低于正常情况;而过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,在化学融雪剂0.20%处理水平时达到最大值,但当化学融雪剂处理水平继续增加时活性降低。
This effect of chemical deicing salt stress on the physiological characteristics of Callistephus chinensis Nees cv.Jinongdahong was studied.The result showed that with the chemical deicing salt concentration increasing,the content of MDA and soluble sugar increased;the activity of SOD decreased first,increased subsequently and then decreased slightly and reached the minimum value when the concentration was 0.10%;while the activity of POD increased first then decreased and the maximum value appeared at the concentration of 0.20%.
