摘要
研究了温度对克氏原螯虾交配、抱卵、孵化及幼体生长发育的影响。结果表明克氏原螯虾在实验室条件下可以进行正常的交配和抱卵,遮光和添加隐蔽物后雌虾抱卵尾数增加;温度与克氏原螯虾孵化及幼体生长发育有着密切的关系;在一定范围内,温度与克氏原螯虾孵化及幼体生长发育速度成正相关;同时,克氏原螯虾受精卵孵化时间越短,孵出幼体数量越多。克氏原螯虾受精卵孵化率最高及幼虾生长最快的温度均为30℃。
The effect of temperature on mating,oogenesis,larvae development and hatching of red swamp crayfish(Procambrus clarkii) was investigated.The results showed that red swamp crayfish could mate and brood normally in laboratory conditions.Number of female shrimp with oogenesis increased under the conditions of shading and adding cover;hatching rate and larvae growth of red swamp crayfish had close relationship with temperature.The hatching speed and larvae growth and development were positively correlated with temperature in a certain range.The optimum temperature for egg hatching and juvenile crawfish growth was 30℃.
