基于某分析仪的速测法测定土壤养分与常规法的比较

摘要 为评估基于TFW-Ⅲ型多功能土壤分析仪的速测法在科研生产上利用的可行性,在同一条件下采用速测法和常规法分别测定和比较了典型土样的硝态氮、有效磷、速效钾和有机质的含量。结果显示:速测法测定硝态氮和速效钾的值均要低于常规法的测定值,但有机质结果相反,有效磷的测定值各有高低,其中66.7%土样速测法测定值比常规法的高。相关性分析显示,速测法和常规法测试土壤有机质、速效钾和硝态氮之间均呈极显著(P<0.01)相关,而有效磷达到了显著(P<0.05)相关。另外,速测法具有较高的精密度,但测试结果的稳定性较差,尤以硝态氮显著,其平均变异系数高达56.9%。 The feasibility of rapid method based on multiple-function soil analyzer(model-TFW-III)to be used in scientific research and production was evaluated.The contents of nitrate,available phosphorus(AP),available potassium(AK) and organic matter(OM) in typical soils were determined by the rapid method and routine method in the same laboratory condition,the data from both methods were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the contents of nitrate and AK from rapid method were lower than those from routine method;while the trend of OM content was opposite.However,AP contents from rapid method were either higher or lower compared with those from routine method;and that of 66.7% of samples was higher than those from routine method.The relationship analysis indicated that the results of OM,AK and nitrate from the rapid method were correlated most significantly with the routine method detering(P0.01),while AP was significantly correlated(P0.05).In addition,the rapid method had a high precision,but its stability was poor,especially for soil nitrate whose variation coefficient reached 56.9%.
