摘要
为了进一步利用绵羊资源,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对蒙古羊、甘肃高山细毛羊、滩羊、小尾寒羊4个绵羊品种的6个血液蛋白位点进行了多态性检测,结果发现,Hb、Tf和Es 3个位点为多态性位点,Amy、Alb和Pr 3个位点为单态性位点。通过遗传距离的计算发现,小尾寒羊与蒙古羊的遗传距离最近,与滩羊的遗传距离最远。
In order to furtherly utilize the sheep resources,six blood protein loci of four Chinese sheep breeds from Mongolian,Gansu alpine merino,Tan sheep,Small tailed han sheep were detected by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that Hb,Tf and Es-point were polymorphisms,while Amy,Alb and Pr-point were monomorphisms.Calculation of genetic distance showed that the Small tailed han sheep was closest to Mongolion,but relatively distant from Tan sheep.
