劳动力转移与农村已婚女性的时间配置特点

Labor Transferring and Rural Married Women's Time Allocation

针对劳动力转移背景下的农村已婚女性时间配置特点,理论模型采用时间三分法,分析了女性和男性市场工资率对女性市场工作、家庭工作和闲暇的影响。以湖北省为例,实证分析探讨了劳动力转移数量、是否有16岁以下的小孩、耕地面积、男性以及女性的年龄和受教育程度、外出务工收入、地理位置等对女性时间配置的影响方向及其程度,并根据估计结果,考察了劳动力转移的关键因素,即男性和女性受教育程度与女性时间分配的关系。

According to the characteristic of rural married women＇s time allocation under the condition of labor transferring,theoretical model in terms of a three-way division of time model was adopted to analyze the effect of female and male market wage rate on female market work,household work and leisure.Taking Hubei Province for example,the effect of labor transferring number,existance of children under sixteen,arable land area,age and education degree of men and women and incoming of working out of hometown and geographical position,etc.on the direction and degree of female time allocation was empirically analyzed.In the mean time,on the basis of estimated results,the relationship between the key factors of labor transferring,i.e.the male and female education degree and female time allocation was considered.
