摘要
绝缘子覆冰闪络严重威胁着电力系统的安全,如果能有效地掌握绝缘子覆冰的发展变化过程,就能及时有效地采取措施防止覆冰闪络事故的发生。然而到目前为止,对于绝缘子覆冰的监测及预测手段比较缺乏。在绝缘子的人工覆冰试验中,通常采用旋转圆柱体对其覆冰质量进行监测,但这种方法一直以来只是定性地对绝缘子的覆冰质量进行评估。鉴于此,对绝缘子自然覆冰质量与旋转多圆柱体覆冰厚度的关系进行了研究,结果表明绝缘子上的覆冰质量是旋转圆柱体直径、圆柱体上覆冰厚度及覆冰密度的函数。在此基础上,提出了基于旋转多圆柱体上覆冰厚度的绝缘子覆冰质量的预测公式。并且通过绝缘子的自然覆冰数据对该公式进行了验证。结果表明通过该经验公式计算的绝缘子上覆冰质量与实测值符合。
Icing flashover of ice-covered insulator threatens the safe operation of power system heavily.The icing flashover accident can be avoided by taking timely,reasonable and effective measures if the progress of ice accretion is known well.But monitoring and forecasting measures for insulator icing today are lack.Rotating cylinder is widely used to monitor the ice amount on insulator in insulator's artificial icing in laboratory,but this method can just qualitatively evaluate the ice amount on insulator.Consequently,we study the relation of icing amount on rotating cylinder and on insulator,and the results show that the ice weight on insulator is a function of cylinder diameter,ice thickness,and ice density on cylinder.Thereby,we put forward a prediction formula for ice weight on insulator according to ice thickness on rotating cylinder.The verification of the formula shows that the calculated ice weight on insulator well agrees with the measured value.
