线管式低温等离子体反应器的设计及其性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高低温等离子体对柴油机有害排放物的净化效率,提出了大气隙同轴圆柱结构低温等离子体反应器的设计思想;在电场分析与起始放电电压分析计算的基础上,设计了一种用于柴油机排气后处理的线管式低温等离子体反应器;对反应器的放电形貌、工作电压、介质等效电容等参量进行了试验研究及理论分析。结果表明,线管式低温等离子体反应器存在介质阻挡电晕放电和介质阻挡丝状放电两种不同的放电形式,二者的放电形貌与工作特性显著不同,介质阻挡丝状放电时放电区域更大,更有利于污染物处理;放电形式由介质阻挡电晕放电转变为介质阻挡丝状放电时,反应器工作电压会瞬时降低;电源工作频率对反应器工作性能影响显著,为了更有利于实现介质阻挡丝状放电,电源工作频率应该调至回路的谐振频率附近。 In order to increase the removal efficiency of reducing emissions of diesel engine by non-thermal plasma technology,large air gap coaxial-cylinder non-thermal plasma reactor was proposed,and a wire-tube type non-thermal plasma reactor for the after-treatment of diesel engine exhaust was designed based on electric field analysis and incipient discharge voltage analysis.Meanwhile,the load working voltage,discharge morphology and dielectric equivalent capacitance of the reactor were experimentally and theoretically researched.The results indicate that the wire-tube type non-thermal plasma reactor can produce two different discharge types,such as dielectric barrier corona discharge and dielectric barrier filamentary discharge,they have different discharge morphologies and working characteristics.The two different discharge types can be judged by changing the load input peak voltage.Dielectric barrier filamentary discharge has larger discharge area,which is beneficial to treatment of diesel engine exhaust.The frequency of power has a significant effect on discharge performance of the reactor.The critical power input voltage of two discharge types is the smallest at the resonant frequency.
