摘要 人肠道病毒71型（EV71）是引起手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD）的主要病原体之一,主要引起5岁以下婴幼儿手-足-口部疱疹,一般症状轻,但少数患儿出现无菌性脑膜炎、脑干脑炎等多种重症中枢神经症状,病程进展迅速,
