摘要
用丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯制备了具有核壳结构的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(WPUA)复合乳液,系统地研究了水性聚氨酯(PU)含量、nNCO/nOH(初始物质的量比)、亲水性扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)用量及软硬单体质量比对WPUA乳液及其膜的性能的影响。结果显示,WPUA乳液胶粒呈核壳型结构,聚丙烯酸酯(PA)与PU链段具有良好的相容性,当PU质量分数为80%、nNCO/nOH为5:1、mMMA/m2-EHA为1:4、DMPA质量分数为5.8%时,所得WPUA复合乳液及其胶膜综合性能较好。
In this paper,a series of the water-borne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid emulsion (WPUA) was synthesized by modifying aqueous polyurethane (PU) with polyacrylate (PA).The effect of content of PU,NCO/OH (initial mole ratio),content ofhydrophile chain extender (DMPA) and mass mole ratio of hard-monomer (methyl methacrylate,MMA) to soft-monomer (2-ethylhexyl acrylate,2-EHA) on properties of the WPUA emulsion and its films were systematically studied.The results showed that the WPUA presented the core-shell structure and good compatibility between PU and PA phases. The emulsion and its film for the WPUA were all of good properties,when the mass fractions of PU and DMPA were 80% and 5.8%,respectively;initial mole ratio of NCO/OH and mass ratio of MMA/2-EHA were 5 : 1 and 1 : 4 respectively.
