眼针治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

Eye Acupuncture for Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的观察眼针疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将110例原发性痛经患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,采用眼针治疗;对照组50例,口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。3个月经周期为1个疗程。结果 1个疗程结束3个月后观察疗效,两组痊愈率和总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1个疗程结束6个月后两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,方法简便。

Objective To assess the treatment outcomes of eye acupuncture in managing primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 110 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in the treatment group were managed by eye acupuncture, and 50 in the control received Ibuprofen （slow-release capsule） for treatment. 3 menstrual cycles made up a treatment session. Result At the end of the 3rd month after the first treatment session, it showed significant differences in comparison of recovery and total effective rates between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The comparison of relapse rate made at the end of the 6th month after the first treatment session also showed significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Eye acupuncture is a convenient and effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrheal.
