摘要
以聚丁二烯液体橡胶/粘土纳米复合凝胶为研究对象,研究粘土片层在液体橡胶中的分散及高分子链在粘土片层间的受限运动。XRD和TEM的测试结果表明,当有机粘土质量分数为10%时,有机粘土(C18-clay)在聚丁二烯(PB)中为插层结构,而在端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)中为剥离结构。此外,氘代苯-d6在插层型或剥离型纳米复合凝胶中的2H NMR谱线呈现出完全不同的谱峰,表明不同微观结构的粘土片层对探针分子的受限运动产生不同的影响。
Polybutadiene liquid rubber/clay nanocomposite gels were studied to detect clay dispersion in liquid rubber and confinement effect on the local motions of probe molecule in intercalated and exfoliated layered-silicates.XRD and TEM were used to estimate clay dispersion in liquid rubber.The results showed that organoclay may be intercalated in PB matrix,and exfoliated in HTPB matrix.The observed 2H NMR spectrum of deuterated benzene in intercalated and exfoliated nanocomposite gels reflect that probe molecules exhibit different local motions depending on different confined geometry.
