摘要
利用正硅酸乙酯、丁醇、12-钨磷酸、去离子水合成了复合固体H3PW12O40/SiO2,作为光催化剂,对染料溶液进行了光催化降解实验。研究了染料种类、pH、催化剂用量、光照时间对染料溶液脱色率的影响。结果表明:合成复合固体H3PW12O40/SiO2对染料有明显的脱色效果,对活性艳红X-3B的脱色效果要优于直接大红4BS,对活性艳红X-3B的脱色率可达80%,直接大红4BS的脱色率可达74%,不同染料溶液的最佳脱色条件不同。
H3PW12O40/SiO2 was synthesize from tetraethyl orthosilicate,butyl alcohol,12-tungstenphosphate and deionized water and its photocatalytic degradation activity for dye wastewater was tested.The effect of the type of dyes,pH value of wastewater,the dosages of catalyst and irradiation time on the degradation rate was studied.The results indicated that the decoloration effect of H3PW12O40/SiO2 on dye solutions was prominent.The decolorization rate of active bright red X-3B and direct scarlet 4BS's were 80% and 74%,respectively.Different dye solutions had different optimal conditions of decoloration.
