摘要
报道以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑、2-羟基-1,3-二氯丙烷和氢氧化钾为原料,成功合成了新型含羟基功能基1,3,4-噻二唑硫醚大环化合物。并探讨了合成目标大环化合物的最佳合成条件:以无水乙醇做溶剂,在强碱和高度稀释条件下原料投料比(摩尔比)为1∶1∶4,于75~80℃条件下反应18 h的产率达到45.3%。产品通过元素分析、1H NMR、IR和MS进行了表征。
The novel 1,3,4-thiadiazol cyclic polyether compound bearing hydroxyl functional group was synthesized from 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole,1,3-dichloro-2-propanol and KOH.The favorable reaction conditions of synthesizing the title macrocyclic compound were found as follows: in highly diluted and caustic alkali solution,the reaction time was about 18h,the reaction temperature was 75~80℃,the mole ratio of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole,1,3-dichloro-2-propanol to KOH was 1∶1∶4 in anhydrous ethanol.The yield of the title of compound was 45.3%.The macrocyclic compound was characterized by elemental analysis,1H NM R,IR and MS.
