倾斜极薄软破矿体壁式削壁崩落采矿法研究 被引量:8

Study on Resuing Filling and Wall Caving Method for Inclined,Extra-narrow,Soft and Broken Ore Vein

摘要 根据伊什坦贝尔德金矿所在国家的特点、矿体开采技术条件,开发了以壁式崩落法为主,结合削壁充填法和全面法工艺特点的壁式削壁崩落采矿法,对该矿倾斜软弱破碎极薄矿体进行分采。试验结果表明,该法回采率达到91.56%、贫化率仅13.73%,综合生产能力42.3 t/a,采矿成本58.89元/t,为倾斜极薄软破矿体的高效安全开采提供了一个新思路。 According to the local conditions and the mining conditions of the ore body in Иштамберды gold mine(Jalal-Abad,Kyrgyzstan),based on wall caving,combining with the techniques of resuing filling and full mining method resuing filling and wall caving method was developed for the separated mining of the inclined,extra-narrow,soft and broken ore vein.The results showed that the mining ratio,ore dilution and overall production capacity of the mining method is 91.56%,13.73 and 42.3 t/d respectively,the mining cost is 58.89 RMB per ton of ore.This method provided a new idea for the safe and high-efficient exploitation of inclined,extra-narrow,soft and broken ore vein.
