摘要
为解决目前软岩支护加固只从力的平衡角度着手,需经常返修的问题。以硅烷偶联剂作改性材料,改善软岩自身力学和物理化学性质,研究其改性前后试样防水性、强度特性以及与水泥和萘系减水剂的相容性。试验结果表明:硅烷偶联剂改性试样表面疏水性增加3.5倍、防水性提高80%;强度提高程度与改性温度密切相关,80℃抗拉强度增加最大为0.94倍;硅烷偶联剂与水泥浆有良好的相容性。工程实践结果表明:压注改性水泥浆,能够有效防止矿井水对岩体的侵蚀,较好的保持了原有的物性,同时水泥浆填充围岩裂隙,改变围岩的松散结构,从而使锚杆支护系统对软岩巷道的支护效果显著提升。
At present,the support and reinforcement of soft rock only consider mechanics equilibrium,and frequent repair of reinforced but swelling soft rocks engineering is required to do.In light of the present situation,silane coupling agent as a modified material was used to improve the mechanical property and physicochemical properties of soft rock.The surface hydrophobicity,waterproof and strength property of soft rock samples before and after being modified with silane coupling agent,the conformity of silane coupling agent,naphthalene based super-plasticizer and cement were researched.The tests results showed that after being modified with silane coupling agent the surface hydrophobicity of soft rock increased 3.5 times,and its waterproof property improved 80%,the strength improvement of soft rock was closely related to modification temperature,the strength of soft rock increases 0.94 times under a modification temperature of 80℃,silane coupling agent had good compatibility with cement slurry.The project practice showed that modified cement grouting not only prevented mine water erosion on surrounding rock effectively,and maintain inhere strength character commendably,but also filled crack in surrounding rock,influenced its incompact structure and enhanced its strength,further support and reinforcement effect of bolt supporting system on soft rock roadway were improved evidently.
