摘要
根据沿空留巷围岩变形大且围岩力学参数具有随机性,应用工程可靠性理论,建立沿空留巷的巷帮、顶板和充填体的可靠度计算模型,得到支护结构可靠度计算公式。采用验算点法,分别计算淮南望峰岗矿512(5)工作面沿空留巷巷道煤帮、顶板与充填体的可靠度,并与目标可靠度相比,找出巷道支护薄弱环节,相应提出了增加巷道可靠度的措施。
In view of the large deformation of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining and the randomicity of mechanical parameters of surrounding rock,based on the theory of engineering structure reliability,model for reliability calculation of the sidewall and roof and packing body of gob-side entry retaining was established,and the calculation formulas of reliability of support structure were obtained.The reliability index of sidewall and roof and packing body of gob-side entry retaining in 512(5)coal mining face in Wangfenggang Mine,Huainan,was calculated with checking point method,and the results of reliability calculation were compared with the targeted values of reliability index,the weakness of supporting of gob-side entry retaining was found out,and some appropriate measures to improve the reliability of gob-side entry retaining were put forward.
