Application of Vertical Long Hole Blasting Technique with Interval Charge at the Middle Part of Hole in a Limestone Quarry

摘要 在保证爆破质量、爆破快度及降低施工成本的前提下,探讨了垂直深孔中部间隔装药控制爆破技术在露天灰岩采石场的应用。在金沙江向家坝水电站太平料场灰岩采矿工程中,采用深孔中部间隔装药优化设计,现场试验后,取得了爆堆形状规整、爆渣块度满足要求,炸药消耗降低5.72%、采矿成本降低6.36%的理想效果。 On the premise of ensuring blasting quality and blasting fragmentation as well as reducing production cost,the application of vertical long-hole controlling blasting with interval charge at the middle part of hole in limestone quarry was discussed.During limestone mining at Taiping quarry for Xiangjiaba hydropower station in Jinsha River,blasting design was optimized by using interval charge at the middle part of long hole.The field experiment ideal results are obtained,such as regular shape of blasted muck-pile and satisfying fragment size of rock,and the explosive consumption was reduced by 5.72%,the mining cost was reduced by 6.36%.
