文章通过对中粮海景一号公寓的设计回顾,分析场地规划、功能与立面的有机结合、交通组织、消防策略、节能、智能化设施等方面,探讨超高层居住建筑设计的关键性技术,并提出可行性对策。
By design review of COFCO Seascape Apartments 1,this article analyzes dynamic integration of site planning,functions and elevations,traffic organization,fire fighting strategy,energy saving,and intelligent facilities,probes into key technologies of super highrise residential architecture,and gives feasible solutions.
