摘要
本文提出了企业管理支持系统(EMSS)的概念,并建立了面向对象的决策支持实体(OODSE)的描述方法。最后,本文将该描述方法应用于工程施工索赔问题上,建立了基于OODSE的工程施工索赔问题描述模型。
In the paper,a new conception-EMSS is bring up. Then the problem des-crition based on OODSE is given. At the end of papers, this problem description method is used in construction claims in order to build problem description model of construction claims based on OODSE.
