摘要
随着中国公路事业的发展,公众对公路的要求从最初的通达慢慢过渡到要求公路与环境和人文相协调。在公路的建造和使用过程中,需要消耗大量的自然资源,同时会增加环境负荷。据统计,人类从自然界所获得的施工物质有50%以上用来建造各类建筑及其附属设备。
Roads which are designed and constructed based on sustainable development are called green roads. In the green road system,there are seven basic points:ecology,fairness,economy,range,outlook, experience and information,which are the base and core of establishing evaluation system.Scoring system provides a measure of the green road,and certification system can ensure which property is helpful for the sustainable development of the project,and it makes easy to communicate the benefits of sustainable development for customers,and manage and improve the sustainability of project.
