搅拌机工作环境中的衬板材质选择

摘要 通过改变锰的含量,研究在28Cr铸铁中用锰代替钼的可行性;通过机械性能测试和磨损试验,比较不同成分28Cr铸铁的磨损特性,并与几种常用抗磨材料进行比较。结果表明:在28Cr铸铁中加入适量的锰,能保持材料的耐腐蚀、耐磨损性能,并大幅降低了成本,为28Cr铸铁以锰代钼,并用于搅拌机衬板的生产提供参考依据。 The feasibility of substituting Molybdenum with Manganese in the casting work piece was studied by adding various levels of Manganese.The wear characteristics and the application under various working conditions were compared and discussed by mechanical property test and wear test.In addition,the comparison of wear characteristics of some wear-resistant materials in common use was also conducted.The results show that 28Cr cast iron will maintain its corrosion resistance and wear resistance after adding certain quantity Manganese and cost a lot less,which contributes to the substitution of Molybdenum with Manganese in the production of lining of mixer.
