摘要
通过分析电磁无损检测技术应用于冶金工业的现状,总结归纳了无损检测技术及其实际应用中存在的问题,着重指出了目前的冶金工业无损检测技术的研究和应用大多局限于通过单一物理参数来反映材料的组织性能状态。研究表明,电磁无损检测具有无损、非接触和实时的特点,可用于冶金工业过程中的在线检测。未来有必要建立多检测参数综合分析方法,区分不同影响因素,以获得准确可靠的无损检测结果。
Through analyzing the current status of application of electromagnetic nondestructive inspection technologies in metallurgy industry,the problems exsiting in various technologies of nondestructive inspection and their practical applications are summarized.It is pointed out that at present,the research and application of the nondestructive inspection technologies applied in metallurgy industry are mostly reflecting condition of microstructure performance of materials through limited single physical parameter.The research indicates that electromagnetic nondestructive inspection features nondestructive,non-contact,and in real time,it can be used for online inspection in process control of metallurgy industry.In the future,it is necessary to establish comprehensive analysis method based on multiple inspecting parameters to distinguish different influencing factors,thus obtaining precise and reliable inspection results.
