摘要 无线通信在工业中的应用越来越广泛,但现有的工业现场已存在大量现场总线及工业以太网测控系统。研究在保持现有有线测控系统的前提下扩展无线监控网的方法具有十分重要的意义。在分析了常用无线网络接入有线系统的方式后,采用网关方式,借鉴对等数据管理系统中映射表的思想,建立了一种在保持有线与无线协议各自完整与自治的前提下,能有效地将无线数据上传到有线网络中的机制。通过对实验室蒸汽发电实验平台进行数据采集,验证了接入机制的有效性。 Wireless communication has been applied in industries wider and wider,while there are already a large number of measurement and control systems based on field bus and industrial Ethernet in industrial sites.Thus it is necessary to research the method for expanding wireless monitoring network and keeping existing wired measurement and control systems.On the basis of analysis of accessing methods for commonly used wireless network to wired systems,by adopting gateway,with helping of the mapping table concept in peer data management system,the mechanism of uploading wireless data to wired network and keeping both networks integrity and autonomy is setup.Through collecting data for the steam power generation platform in laboratory,the effectiveness of the accessing method is verified.
