摘要
针对起重机监控装置的发展滞后于起重机产业发展的现状,以液压式汽车起重机为对象,分析了国内外液压式汽车起重机系统载荷、力矩建模存在的问题。提出了一种既有理论建模,又有数据分析建模的新建模方式,并结合DSP技术,完成了整套起重机监控系统装置的整体设计以及相应的硬件和软件设计工作。对整套装置的具体实现进行了详尽的研究与分析。
In response to the situation that the development of the monitoring devices for cranes is slower than the development of crane industry,with the hydraulic automotive crane as object,the topics of the loading and torque modeling for such crane systems at home and abroad are analyzed,and the new modeling pattern including both theoretical modeling and data analysis model is proposed.In addition,combining with DSP technology,the design of whole set of crane monitoring system is completed;including related both hardware and software.The concrete implementation of the entire device is researched and analyzed in detail.
