摘要
研究了PE Lambda紫外可见光分光光度计在环保监测中的应用,并采用分光光度法对样品进行了检验和测定。为了提高测量结果的精确度,运用不确定度评定理论,分析评定了不确定度的来源及其分量,计算出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。大量实测结果表明,此不确定度评定方法符合环保监测要求,在未来的实际检测中具有极高的应用价值。
The application of PE Lambda UV-Vis spectrometer in environmental protection and monitoring is researched,and by adopting spectrophotometry,the sample is inspected and measured.In order to enhance the accuracy of measuring result,with evaluation theory of uncertainty,the sources and their components are analyzed and evaluated;and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated.The results of large amount practical measurements indicate that the evaluation method of uncertainty meets the requirement of environmental protection and monitoring,and offers worth applicable value in practical detection in the future.
