生物分子相互作用分析仪的自动控制系统设计

摘要 为达到光学表面等离子共振SPR传感的生物分子相互作用分析仪性能指标和功能要求,必须保证其自动控制系统的可靠性。针对时间相位调制SPR传感的特点,开发了一套自动控制系统。该系统利用CAN总线技术对仪器底层各个模块进行分布式控制,实现了按生物试验流程的自动控制。同时,采用等步距和等时间的离散加速度曲线法,分别控制盘库和波片机构的驱动电机,并采用数字PID控制流体池温度稳定和使CCD可靠制冷。试验结果表明,系统达到了分析仪的各项性能指标和功能要求。 In order to achieve required performance indexes and functional requirements of the bio-molecular interaction analyzer based on SPR sensings,the control system must be designed with reliability.In accordance with the features of SPR sensing that is based on time phase modulation,the automatic control system has been developed.The system adopts CAN bus technology for distributed control of each module at bottom layer of the instrument,and implements automatic control according to the biological experimental procedures.In addition,by using discrete accerleration curve with equal step distance and equal time to respectively control the drive motors of sample bank and wave plate;and with digital PID stably control for the temperature of fluid pool to make CCD refrigerated reliably.The result of experiments shows that all the performance indexes and functional requirements of the system are reached in the design.
